How ordering works
Design it online and see your price instantly. Before anything is made you sign the proof, and we make the stone exactly as you signed it. Production takes 3–6 weeks and installation takes 2–4 weeks. If we install it, we first check that your cemetery's rules allow the monument. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Questions
Can the bench be personalised?
Yes. You add the inscription in our online designer and sign the proof before it is made.
Will my cemetery allow it?
Rules about size, height and type differ from cemetery to cemetery, so check yours before you order. When we install the monument, we check the cemetery's rules first.
Do I see a proof first?
Yes. Every customer signs the proof before production, and we make the stone exactly as the signed proof shows.
